I chose to go with the Navien NCB-240E unit to replace both water heater and boiler since both were at or near the end of service life. Installation was scheduled for about 2 weeks later, and Paul's crew show up on time, and proceeded to make quick work of the demo, in a clean and safe manner. The new Navien unit hangs on a wall, and after spending the rest of the day repiping and rewiring, I was pleasantly surprised to see all the free space where my old units used to reside, and the extremely neat and compact installation now condensed in a small corner of my basement. "I am a returning customer. Tim and co did a stellar job installing my water softener. At the time when he gave me the quote for the softener, he also included a separate quote for a Reverse osmosis (RO) unit. At that time, I just did the softener with out the RO, thinking I would continue getting bottled water as I did. Fast forward to last week, I can no longer buy water in the larger 2.5 gallon cans due to high demand during the COVID 19 situation. The softener that Tim put has been working flawlessly for the last 2 years and I called NMP again to enquire about adding the RO system. 2nd time I used Affordable Rooter at my house.  1st time was just to clear a clogged drain.  This time was for a leaking drain and vent pipe that were improperly installed by the previous owner.  Both time I used him he showed up on time, was responsive and did clean / neat work.  This was a rather difficult spot to work inside the cabinet, but was able to do everything without having to pull the cabinet / countertop or backsplash apart which was important for me.
