Best patio cover pros near Pitman, NJ

"Zak was courteous, friendly, professional, on time and very informative throughout the process."

"We powered washed our awning and it solved what we thought was a awning that needed replacement. Sunbeam is so customer service pro active. They contacted us and was ready to set up an appointment. I can't talk about how their service is on site but I'm thinking it is like my experience with phone contact, they are great."

"They did a very nice job on the installation. They were competent and I strongly recommend them."

"Team was exceptionally professional in the awning is beautiful"

"Beautiful product. Very helpful in awning choice. Quick and well done installation"

"Kevin and Antonio were fantastic! They are professional, polite and extremely knowledgeable about the product."

"Ken and the installers were very professional. I had a bad experience with another company and Ken assured me everything would go smoothly. He was right. My awning was installed earlier than I expected and I was overjoyed! It looks great and is exactly what I wanted."

"It all started out well after purchase of the initial Angie's list deal.  We promptly agreed on a date and a gentlemen came to measure and start the paperwork. Install date was set for 11/5/15. On 11/4, I was called about setting an install date.  My response was I already had one for the next day. Long story short, the company did not bother to tell me they had cancelled my appointment, they just acted like I never had one.  It was as though one side of the business did not know what the other side was doing. Since I made arrangements to be home on the 5th, I was not happy.  We finally settled on the 12th and the installation went smoothly enough.  However after completion, I noticed the installers had broken a piece of moulding in front of the patio door.  I know they realized they cracked it because they used clear caulk as a fix. I called the company and they said they would replace.  As of 11/30, the moulding still has not been replaced even though I was told the installer was picking up molding on 11/17.
I will say the person who came to measure and the lady who did the follow-up calling were professional. However, I can't say the same for the install side. The contact person was nice enough but he did not contact me to say the install was cancelled and to me it's taking way too long to replace the molding the installers broke.  I view it as a lack of integrity to cover up breaking the piece and not bothering to say anything to me.  The patio door is beautiful and I had planned to purchase a front door from them but have changed my mind.
