Timo was a real professional and craftsman. He was punctual, professional and understood his business well. We had never hired someone for a bannister replacement and he walked us through the process slowly and honestly. We showed him a photo of what we were looking for and he provided it exactly. His price was very reasonable and the final product was spectacular.

Temo was very professional and experienced. He started and finished the job as promised as the first stair contractor (well known) couldnt finish and 4 months have past. The project was to build circular stairs from basement to 2nd floor in a castle's turret while giving head clearance for existing side door. Ameri stairs was able to save the side door as all the other contractors wanted us to lose it.

Tim was a professional from start to finish, I had 2 other estimates for the replacing of the stairwell inside my home, and I knew that Tim had the job. Not just based on the price, but when he came to give me the estimate he came to work. He is dependable, on time, and he does EXCELLENT work. He does not cut any corners to do the job, he does it right. My husband Steve, and I praise his work so much that we haven't started the varnishing and painting yet, that when friends and family see the staircase they are in awe, wait until it is painted, and varnished. Good workmanships

Tim from Brooklyn Stairs was very obliging and respectful. This was a small job, but he repaired the supports of six steps on my staircase quickly and efficiently. He also did a lovely repair of my kitchen floor, including the moulding. He was on time, and cleaned up his mess. He was even nice enough to help me throw out an old bookcase that I couldn't manage by myself. I highly recommend Brooklyn Stairs, and would definitely use this company again.

I had a small 3 stair repair to be made, after the removal of carpeting, the stairs were loose, with no access from underneath. Tim gave me a very fair estimate and performed the work on a weekend for the price and time he said that it would take. He was professional and cleaned up nicely when completed. I would recommend him highly.
