988 Hector Removed and re-installed a bathroom grab bar that was poorly installed by another handyman. This guy knows what he’s doing. Job turned out real good. Patched up the original tile holes- dare you to find the patch marks.
The Acumen Handyman, LLC.It went very well. They came when scheduled. Price was discussed over the phone and job was performed well. I will call them in the future once I get the new transmitter to install the fan again.
Paps Electric LLCAir duct cleaning was efficient and well done. The techs also cleaned exhaust fan in the bathroom. The owner actually came back and fixed our attic fan that was broken even though that was not part of the initial services. The owner is very friendly and a responsible business man.

Our pricing is very simple: we charge a $175 service fee, and $150 per hour for Lead Electricians, $115 per hour for Second Electricians, and $85 to $95 per hour for Helpers. , plus parts for electrical, drain work and appliances. We service all brands of portable and stand by generators. Work before 6 am as well as night after 6pm, weekends and holidays is subject to additional charges. We normally charge $125 to clean dryer vents and that's it. We provide outstanding, well equipped mechanics, who know their jobs. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR- TOP SHELF FIVE START SERVICE. I had clearly explained the scope—replacing 10-12 standard switches with smart switches giving model number/spec—and was hoping for a lump sum proposal, but they only offered hourly rates, which is understandable. They estimated it would take about 2 hours, but the job ended up taking over 4. While they mentioned having done similar installations before, they spent quite a bit of time reviewing instructions on site, which added to the time and cost. The final bill was over $800 for a couple switches, including a service fee and $10 for wire connector? (The switches come with connector) Just a heads-up to others: be sure to ask detailed questions about hourly charges and how time will be managed, especially for smart device installations."
