Ian and Peter are very friendly and very professional. They call you when they say theyâ re going to call you and they keep their appointments. As for their work- top quality, and very reasonable prices. I had Soffit Vents, 2 Attic Ventilators, and 2 Roof Cups with dampers installed - and I was very pleased with their work. I would definitely hire them again for future projects.

Pete and his son came in and replaced the bathroom roof vent that was leaking. They opened up the ceiling and wall in the bathroom. They remover sheetrock and wet insulation, dried all exposed wood, painted wood with Kilz to prevent mold. Replaced with new insulation, sheetrock and spackled. 3 days to do the job, they would clean up every day. We were very happy with them. Very professional.

Prompt response. Quick schedule. Did not have a second estimate. Price may have been on the very high side. I have a fan. The only problem is that it **clunks** when it turns on.

"We give all our clients a copy of a written estimate and always tell them to give us a call when a decision is made. Clunk is from a 35 year + old existing ceiling shutter we did not replace in order to keep the cost down. In addition, we gave a $ 189.00 senior discount on client request. Thanks."
