"Tom is very efficient and thorough.. Double checks with homeowner to make sure all is well l from looking inside out. I would suggest, if you're only getting the outside windows cleaned, that you clean the windows on the inside first. I did, and it was easier for Tom to make the corrections to the buffing. "The owner of the company showed up on time and got straight to work. He cleaned up after himself and brought his own garbage bags to dispose of the leaves. The previous companies I hired just wanted to dump the leaves in my yard so I really appreciated that he hauled away any debris he cleaned up. I live in a wooded property so there were a lot of leaves in my gutters and he was very thorough. He was professional and responsive to my messages I sent him through Angie's List. I was also impressed with his desire to do an excellent job that I actually hired him again for powerwashing and will be keeping his number for future maintenance needs."
