He recommended a painter for us as well, which allowed us to set the whole thing up for one week of inconvenience, but got the job done. He and his son were pleasant as well which helped through this trying experience. Since this problem is uniform through our development we had seen where ceilings had caved in on others and were caving in slowly on the rest and wanted this done before anything fell down on us and hurt us or guest. Larry cut out two days to do 3 rooms, which allowed us to set the painter up for completion. We also had to bring in a electrician to shore up a ceiling fan now that the ceilings were set properly."
