We anticipated a good outcome from the moment we met owner Paul, because of his evident love for this work, enthusiasm, and energy. He assessed our property, answered questions, and pointed out areas we might want to include in the service either now or later. We received a very fair estimate next day, and the job was completed the day after that. "The project required removal and realignment of a patio approx 16'x16'. I originally wanted only a portion of the patio slope corrected. When I requested an estimate Andy came the very next day took a look at my requested work and advised that doing only a partial realignment of pavers would not look good or direct water off the patio correctly. So I asked Andy for two estimates, one for the partial work and one for the entire patio and he was upfront on his recommendation that the entire patio should be done but would provide both estimates. He verbally gave me the estimates and I requested he email his estimate and let me think about them, which he did. I reviewed them and decided that Andy was right and his quote for the entire patio was fair for the amount of work to be done (I did have another quote from a competitor and it was out of site). I said OK and Andy scheduled my work for a 'Sunday'; Andy arrived in the morning with his coworker and the both of them spent the entire day completing the job - and a GREAT job they did do. Andy is fair with his estimates, on time with his schedule and he and his coworker worked hard all day. Would I hire his company again - you bet I would and if I have future work in the Build USA list of services I will surely hire Andy and his company to do it."

"Jimmy the sales representative was very prompt and reviewed the many options available to us. When it was time for the installation, the team came out and put up the awning. Everything appeared to have gone smoothly, until my husband took a closer look at the work that was done. He discovered that the our new siding above the window and door had been damaged. Jimmy the sales rep, came out that night to assess the situation and determine what could be done to remedy the problem. The original installation team came back out to adjust the awning, but were not prepared to fix the siding. I contacted the company to have the siding repaired. The installation team came back out, but were unable to do the repair. I contacted our siding installer to get a quote for Marygrove on fixing the siding. Marygrove contracted my siding installer to make the repair on the damaged siding. Then Marygrove came back out on Christmas Eve to reinstall the awning. I appreciated Marygrove standing behind their work and making things right. The sign of a quality company.
