We anticipated a good outcome from the moment we met owner Paul, because of his evident love for this work, enthusiasm, and energy. He assessed our property, answered questions, and pointed out areas we might want to include in the service either now or later. We received a very fair estimate next day, and the job was completed the day after that. The crew worked for 7 hours with care and thoroughness, shaping the hedges artfully, exceeding my expectations. I was so delighted with the result I think I applauded. "The project required removal and realignment of a patio approx 16'x16'. I originally wanted only a portion of the patio slope corrected. When I requested an estimate Andy came the very next day took a look at my requested work and advised that doing only a partial realignment of pavers would not look good or direct water off the patio correctly. So I asked Andy for two estimates, one for the partial work and one for the entire patio and he was upfront on his recommendation that the entire patio should be done but would provide both estimates. He verbally gave me the estimates and I requested he email his estimate and let me think about them, which he did. I reviewed them and decided that Andy was right and his quote for the entire patio was fair for the amount of work to be done (I did have another quote from a competitor and it was out of site). I said OK and Andy scheduled my work for a 'Sunday'; Andy arrived in the morning with his coworker and the both of them spent the entire day completing the job - and a GREAT job they did do. Andy is fair with his estimates, on time with his schedule and he and his coworker worked hard all day. Would I hire his company again - you bet I would and if I have future work in the Build USA list of services I will surely hire Andy and his company to do it."

"The team showed up on the appointed day and we went over the general plan for the new patio. They removed all of the old deck and moved a lot of topsoil. They laid teh sub soil/surface and replaced the deck with pavers. They were able to accommodate the trees and we lost very few plants. The design and the pavers are beautiful. The workers were professional and clean up was great. Thiago was even able to make a deadline so that I could throw an outdoor party. I would definitely hire Classical Pavers again and highly recommend them to others."

"We had a wonderful experience with Charlie & Sons Construction & Landscaping Inc.! Carlos the owner was very professional and knowledgable. His workers were efficient and did an excellent job. He worked with us every step of the way to make sure our patio was exactly how we wanted it. Carlos also never tried to upsell us on a bigger patio and was perfectly willing to create the original smaller sized one we had discussed at the beginning. Once we realized that we wouldn't have been happy with that size, Carlos worked with us on the price which we feel was a great deal for the size we settled on. When all the work was finished we were amazed at how perfect the patio looked and were very happy we increased its overall size. He also tore up our old sidewalk on the side of the house and installed the same pavers which looks amazing. The only problem (which became a bonus) came when we noticed that his machine ended up ripping up a couple feet at the end of our driveway near the house. Carlos came to us immediately and apologized, and then said he would put the pavers in that area to replace the broken driveway. This ended up looking even better than it did previously as it tied in perfectly with the new sidewalk and the patio. We would definitely recommend Charlie & Sons Construction & Landscaping Inc. to everyone and plan on having them do more work for us in the near future!"
