"The company replaced old front-house stucco with traditional stucco in Tudor style. They did excellent job. The team of 7 people did it in just 2 days. They follow all the rules for the traditional stucco. II was very skeptical about the brown trim made from cement, but it looks like real wood!! So beautiful job. I highly recommend them."

"On Day 1 after tearing off 70% of the roof, clouds started to move in, the crew quickly made a haphazard attempt to cover the exposed roof. After doing so, I spoke to the crew leader to assess their plan. They were moving on to another job. I asked why they couldn't wait for 10 minutes for the shower to subside and showed them a radar forecast that called for no rain in the area until 10 PM to no avail. They left the premises a mess. Loose shingles on the roof, nailed scattered everywhere and the tarp on the roof was flapping in the wind and those loose shingles were flying in the wind. I called the American Quality to inform them of the situation. A couple of hours later I called again to inquire about the status. They finally sent the original crew back at approximately 5 PM. They quickly cleaned up. I asked them to secure the tarp on the roof then they left. Later that night, the roof was leaking into the house. Although American Quality sent someone to assess and rectify the situation, it was too little too late. I personally had to place a tarp in the attic to limit the potential damage. After the roof replacement was completed, I had to call in again because of their lack of attention to the little details."

"Although I did not hire Greg it was due to the fact that Greg took the time to explain to me that I would be better off using a general contractor for the repairs which would be cheaper. He further explained that the stucco would look a little different from what I had now (which was not stucco). Greg was straight forward and courteous I would have hired them without hesitation if the job required."

"Val and his brother Sonny did and excellent job repairing the loose tiles and replacing the rotted drywall from our bathtub/shower to make it look as good as new. Service and craftsmanship above average, and they were even able to piece together a curved broken tile outside of the shower back to it's original form. I highly recommend Val and Established General Contractor for ceramic tiling work as well as your other home improvement needs."
