Highly recommend Innovative Exteriors for your next project! They did a fantastic job at a very fair price! My chimney was crumbling and they restored it beautifully. They showed up right on time, finished the job on time and left the job site so clean it was like they were never there! Impressive. I’ve had many contractors do various projects at my house throughout the years and I have to say Innovative Exteriors are the best I’ve ever dealt with from communication to execution of the project. Can’t speak highly enough!

Navigating the roofing industry was very difficult and frustrating. Our sales guy Joe broke down the process, the warranties, shingles variety all while being transparent and honest. Amazing restoration of our centuries old house! See last photos to see what they had to deal with. While it was interesting to see the original siding underneath from the 1800s, surely it made the work more complex. Looking back to our consultation with Mike, he had the foresight to add extra materials into the contract to cover these obstacles. There were zero surprise fees. Juan Carlos took over the project and ensured everything went smoothly. He worked with us on last-minute adjustments we requested and the added fees were reasonable. The work was done in 5 days (as promised, Mike said it would take 5-7 days). The workers arrived and ended at the same time each day, headed by foreman, Alvaro. Each day, they cleaned up, instead of leaving it for the last day. They worked steadily without any issues, and were very pleasant (I was home most days they were working). Passersby even complimented their work. In short, thank you very much for your outstanding work! No surprise fees, work done on time, clear communication, great teamwork, and excellent results-- you cannot ask for more!

We hired Innovative to work on multiple projects. Removing poorly installed cement board and replaced with siding and a stone foundation. The work came out great and Mike, Juan and the whole team were fantastic.

I Love the way my home looks, the guys worked from start to finish only stopping for lunch, they informed me of everything every step of the way & Mike kept in touch during the whole process not to mention the price beat the 2 other quotes I received…..
