49 The company promised and in the contract that were made for life and the replacement for anything that happens to the windows for free, it's been more than a year since I called them and they tell me that they don't have the material, but they do have to offer new windows to new customers....
Tomasz' crew did a great job. He suggested aluminum wrap on each window for protection from the elements. It was a one-day job. We have beautiful new windows! We have also asked Tomasz to replace our crank window in the kitchen. We highly recommend TL Home Improvement.

"This was a horrible experience and my brand new home was worse off because of him. He was given a very specific work order on what was wanted and paid in full. When the finished product arrived and was installed it was completely visually different. When told it wasn't acceptable he said he decided to change them to what he thought would look better without asking. No, that is not how this works. He messed up. Wouldn't take accountability. He ruined expensive fabric and was too broke to pay to fix what he did. He also works very sloppily. Ruins walls and tries to hide the damage he has done with the window treatments. He lacks service, integrity and honesty . Definitely do not reccomend to anyone. There are many other options out there who aren't dirtbags."
