A complete bathroom renovation (complete demo to studs, including new window) at one, and a complete kitchen/bathroom at the other, along with new window in each, new flooring throughout 2 bedroom apartment, new doors, molding and paint throughout. And a steel door installation through a load bearing wall. Everything done to my complete satisfaction (I was in the contracting business as a young man). John and Tracy will guide you through the renovations, offering material and paint color guidance to help achieve the best outcome. They show up every day, Monday-Friday, until the job is complete. And not a day went by where one, if not both of the two Johns (Owner/Partners) were not on site directing operations. If I wasn’t happy with something (rare), it was altered to my satisfaction. His works are efficient, hardworking and clean. My remodel took two weeks, as he had quoted and for the exact price he had quoted. I would hire him and his team again and I referred them to a coworker for her bathroom project. She was also very pleased with their work."
