"I don't have enough good things to say about Rob. He was friendly and knowledgeable from first contact. He was able to come out the same day and give an accurate quote. He kept in contact until the day of the install. He arrived on time on the day of the install and finished promptly. He had to climb over the washer and dryer AFTER it was stacked in the closet to complete the install. Rob brought all the tools and pieces necessary and left no mess. Rob was a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend him without reservation. His prices were fair for the amount of work he did and I will definitely use him in the future should we need."

"I got them through Angie's List and they were fine.  I don't remember what they charged, but I remember thinking that it was ... it seemed to me a fair price for the amount of time that they spent.  I didn't have any complaints about them.  I'm gonna say the several times that we've used them was like an hour to two, no more.  They also installed faucets and two different sinks and I would say that was about two years ago.  I would say they were A overall.  In general, I'm satisfied with them.  I would say they did exactly what I wanted them to do, plus the amount of time spent on it was very reasonable. "

"Vinnie and his son arrived as scheduled. They immediately discovered the problem and quoted a price of 150.00 if they could finish within an hour. Started to work on the removal of a corroded, copper connection that had been improperly installed by previous repairman. Vinnie reported he did not have the right size pipe with him and they left to purchase the part. When they returned, the part was installed, tested, and the problem was fixed within an hour. "This review is solely about the installation portion of the Puronics Water Treatment System since it was just installed today. The install team arrived on time, ready to go to work. The location of my main water line was tricky to get to, but they found a great solution to tap into the line via a drop-ceiling access point. They located the Hydronex Water Conditioning Cylinder and Salt Backflush Container exactly where I wanted it. Their work was clean, tight, and very professional. The RO system was backordered, so they explained that they will return within the week to install that portion of the project. They prepped for the RO install by drilling and installing the faucet in my granite countertop. After the install, they explained the whole system to my wife and I and we were up and running with conditioned water. I can't say enough about my experience with Chuck on the initial phone call, Miles who provided the water testing and sold me the system, and Ryan who installed the system. So far, I can't envision any issues that might arise with Orbit Water Solutions since they have provided outstanding service to this point!"

"The company sent out very professional installers. First the owner came out with tons of actual samples of cabinets, and granite and tile for the backsplash. And they weren't just small pieces. He had samples of cabinet doors, ;large boards of the tiles and large pieces of the granite types. Large enough to put over a section of the counter with a large section the the backsplash behind it to see how it would really look when installed. The next week, two guys came out and spent the morning doing exact measurements of all the surfaces to renovated. The actually built a wood framework of the walls and counters so the counters and backsplash could be made to the exact forms needed. And then about ten days later the installation was scheduled. The work took about a week. The installlers were great and took care to clean up each day before they left. When all the installation work was completed on Friday, the plumber cam out and hooked up the sink and disposal and all was finished by 5:00 on Friday. The kitchen was transformed. It was the first upgrading in the kitchen we had done after living here for 35 years. And I can tell you it was worth the wait. And the price was more than reasonable. I have recommended this company to friends and neighbors and would again."
