"This was the worst experience I have ever had with a landscaping company. They are disorganized and nobody in the office communicates with one another. I was scheduled for lawn cutting and they forgot to pull my information. I was told I would be on a Thursday and then they moved me to a Monday. It took 3 weeks before they came out to cut my lawn. I scheduled a spring clean up months before the date. At 5:30 in the evening they still had not come even though I had confirmed the date. I called again and was told a truck was coming. I cancelled it as it was getting too much with shadows and would be dark soon. The owner even gave me an attitude after I told him why I was cancelling his services. Get organized Jays!"

He recommended scheduling a service call with a technician who could repair the damage and see what was viable/not viable. Within a week they were back to fix some cut wires and broken pipes. Afterwards, Chuck was able to give us a proposal for reconfigure the system to accommodate the new landscape layout.
