"Where do I even begin!? They showed up an hour early. With plenty of heads up. He was very understanding when I didnâ t see the notification that they were running early. Tino was very friendly and jovial. One of those people who you couldnâ t imagine ever having a bad day. He and his partner got to work in the scolding hot, almost 100 degree day and finished our beautiful play set in 4 hours! He made sure to ask if it was in the spot I liked before anchoring it to the ground. I couldnâ t be happier. It is very well built. Thank you guys SO much!"

"I hired Ruben to find a water leak and to repair damage caused by it. Ruben was extremely honest, took the time to explain what needed to be done and completed everything in a professional matter. The repair came out excellent. I would HIGHLY recommend Ruben for his quality work, professionalism, and honesty! Will hire again for future jobs!"

"Very well. Frank not only repaired it quickly and perfectly, he also adjusted the latch for us, free of charge. We appreciated the fact that he saw a need and took care of it without being asked. He also graciously provided estimates for a few other projects around our 100+ year old house. Frank is honest and has a no-nonsense approach. He treats every job with equal attention and importance, regardless of the size, and does quality work. Frank is extremely professional and pleasant to work with. Very highly recommended."

Playground Equipment questions, answered by experts

Both indoor and outdoor basketball courts are excellent options, and the best choice depends on factors like your local climate, available space, and budget. As long as the court and hoop dimensions are standard, any player can get a great workout and improve their skills on either type of court.

The primary drawback of an outdoor court is that weather, such as rain and wind, can hinder playing time. An indoor court solves this problem, allowing you to play anytime. However, installing an indoor court can be costly and takes up a significant amount of space that might otherwise serve as a living area.

There are many different types of basketball hoops available to choose from.

  • Portable hoops are fully moveable and generally do not require assistance with assembly.

  • Semi-portable in-ground hoops have an anchor cemented in the ground and a removable post.

  • In-ground hoops are fully built into the ground as one piece and cannot be relocated after placement.

  • Wall-mounted hoops do not have a post or pole and work well when space is limited.

Yes! It’s always a good idea to anchor your playset. Even though they’re heavy, it doesn’t take much wind to blow one over. Anchoring everything to the ground makes it a lot safer for your kiddos.

The average lifespan for a playset is around eight to ten years, but you can probably make it last to 15 years with good weather conditions and proper maintenance. If you’re purchasing a pre-made playset, some brands offer warranties for up to 25 years—long after your kiddos are grown.

The cost of the materials to build a DIY playground will run you about $700 to $1,000, which could vary based on the type of lumber you choose to use. On the other hand, buying a pre-made playset costs $1,000 to $6,500 or more, and if you choose to have it professionally installed, you’ll pay an additional $330 to $700.
