I have used them a couple times. Therefore, I am comfortable with them. Their pricing, service, knowledge, and people are excellent. They are very professional. You can bring your equipment to their facility or they can come to your home. Their pricing is within range of what everyone else charges. I can't comment on whether it's expensive or not expensive. They send out e-mail about training classes. They are more Apple oriented.
