Prestige Water

Prestige water’s behavior was aggressively crossing the line and unacceptable behavior for any business. The work was sloppy, no communication on how to the complete the job and they left a huge mess not cleaning up after themselves. The job was paid for and I give them a 1 star because the pipe works. They decided on their own where to place the pipe. They ripped open the ceiling with a hammer and left a 4 foot zig zag hole. Leaving all the broken Sheetrock on the floor for us to clean. Prestige water was referred to us by a well know trusted company so even though they had only 10 reviews we trusted them to work on our house. Please know I never post bad reviews. These are peoples business they work hard for. I will not mention the verbal communication because that is something prestige water know what they said. This behavior is not acceptable and should be corrected if they would like customers to provide 5 star reviews.

My elderly parents hired Leo to install a water softener and ensure it was compliant for receiving a town permit. He offered to submit the paperwork to the town. When my 83 year old father asked him to provide a receipt after submitting the check and paperwork, Leo proceeded to verbally berate my parents, using a series of expletives. He left angry, and then proceeded to call them while driving, multiple times, to continue yelling at them. This was completely unacceptable behavior for any professional, especially with senior citizens who felt physically and verbally threatened by him. In the end they have to find a new plumber as they are too frightened to fight back to get his signoff.

I have never seen a professional who is passionate for what he does, the job was done as proposed, all three tasked were done with the highest quality possible in a way that my town inspector also mentioned that the job has been done to the perfection. Give him a call and give it try you will not regret the money that you pay.

Leo was absolutely excellent. He was prompt, clean, super nice, and a true professional. I highly recommend him for any water softener installations. Not only did he beat every single price quote we had, he didn't try to sell us anything extra that we didn't need. He took the time to answer all questions. Absolutely fantastic!

Leo arrived with everything he needed to do the job. He got to work and about an hour later he was done. Then, he actually helped us unclog a drain in the bathroom sink and very kindly didn't charge anything extra for that, which was actually a separate job. He did a great job installing the under-sink water filter. It was done very quickly and neatly and it all works as it should. No complaints at all. And we're still just amazed that it's already done - knowing that with any other company we'd be waiting two or three weeks before it would be done!

I highly recommend Leo and Prestige Water. We've been battling acid well water for years (constantly replacing supply lines and anything metal), but because we were getting the bathrooms renovated (with lovely new fixtures) knew that something more had to be done. We had done research so knew about what was needed and were getting ready for another big expense in the middle of our already costly renovation. We got a few different quotes, but Prestige was by far the best - so good in fact we were a little hesitant at first. However, Leo uses highly rated equipment with very good manufacturer's warranties and the plumbing work is first rate. The basement is pretty cramped in the area of the well and pressure tank, and is half crawl space, but Leo made it work. The piping is very neat and out of the way despite having such a small space to work with. One of our friends is a plumber, and he was very impressed with the high quality of the work. Highly recommended!

Everything went very well from the quick initial reply throught the successful completion of the work. Prestige was very prompt and punctual, did a fantastic job with the repairs and explained exactly what was being done. My water softener was up and running right away and has been excellent since. Only the services I needed were done. I am extremely happy with the service and would highly recommend Prestige Water.

Leo was fantastic - provided a unique solution to running a drain line from the softener (other providers made this more complicated and costly) while providing the top brand name equipment at a reasonable price. Overall, an awesome experience and highly recommended by me.

I received estimates from about 5 water softener companies. I did a lot of research in advance and Prestige water appeared to offer the best value for the price. I hired them and definitely made the best decision. It was immediately clear that the Leo, the technician was very knowlegeable, skilled, and extremely customer focused. My whole family quickly felt the difference in our water and couldn't be more satisfied. I was also remodeling my basement at the time, and needed some plumbing work on my baseboard heating, and again Leo came through with exceptional service. Would definitely recommend and hire them again!

Leo Kurti was very impressive. He was careful about designing the best system for my location and explained each part of the system. I interviewed 3 other companies before choosing Prestige Water. His work was very careful and neat. Mr. Kurti showed a pride in his work and enthusiasm for doing the best job possible and it shows. The plumbing inspector commented on the quality of the work. My well water retest came back with great results!

I had seen Prestige water logo around my town and called them to schedule an estimate to see what was wrong with my water. They were very organized and prepared when they came to my home. They discussed what needed to be done and helped me understand the process. I would definitely hire again,

The entire process was great and I couldn't be happier with my water because I already notice a huge difference. They offer to deliver salt whenever is needed as well. They were very friendly and you could tell they have been doing this for quite some time.

I had two other companies telling me i can only treat the hot water and then i called the guys at Prestige Water. The installer was able to custom fit a unit in my laundry room and treat the entire house and now i have soft clean and safe water thru out the house no more dry skin, frizzy hair, calcium build up, chlorine smell and my laundry comes out soft.
