"George called me as soon as I put a request in for my project. He accommodated my request to come early as I was requesting the appraisal as soon as possible because I was rushed. It requried a significant amount of effort to reach him. I personally was never able to call and talk to him. I had to call Angis List to get him to reply. He is a very good person, he did the job well, but lacked in communication. If I had time, I would definitely hire him again. If I dont have time, it would be difficult to work with him. He is a very affordable and reasonable person."

"Dondi was a professional gentleman who went about his business with speed and accuracy. Kept me informed about each step of the appraisal and when I would receive the written report.
