He replaced a leaking pipe that lead to the roof in my attic, installed plywood in my attic for storage, repaired a leak in my roof, replaced shingles on the roof, installed ceiling storage racks and shelving in my garage and he shows you different aspects of the job as he is working on it. . Everything was done perfectly and he cleaned up when he was finished. There is nothing that he cannot do. And most of all, he is a very nice and courteous person. "The messy mountain of papers on my desk is reduced by 75% and I'm still working on it.  It was great.  I find it much easier to find things in digital files than on my desk.  I scanned birth certificates, baptism certificates, trust - will - power of attorney documents from various family members, addresses, drivers licenses, passports, tax returns, financial files, medical files, etc. etc.  Evernote has a feature where I can share designated notebooks with our kids.  Now I feel like, if I get hit by a bus, the kids will know where to look for all these things.  

The only thing that worried me was trusting that all this information will be safe and secure in the Evernote cloud.  Thus, I bought a an external drive and backed up important documents from evernote onto external drive.  Darla agreed that this was a good idea.
