When reviewing billing and pricing, all iâ s weâ re dotted and all Tâ s were crossed. He works so hard non stop evey day he was here. He was patient and answered every question I had and did everything I asked . Gave me some suggestions and I took them because...well he was right! And he's just that good! I only every went out to look out of excitement , never to supervise his work. He did dry stack stone on my foundation , new stair treads and a fancy accent on the landing( his idea that I went with ) it came out better then I could have imagined. My little house looks like the houses I admire on the internet! To say I'm pleased and would recommend...is an understatement!"

"When excavation was done it was determined that the foundation wall was not as strong as it should be (not surprising for a 92 year old house). A1 recommended to strengthen the foundation by pouring additional cement. A1 took care of everything. Took an extra couple of days to complete the work but well worth it."
