Moe is very responsive, polite, and did a wonderful job installing the new thermostat. We ran into an issue completing the setup on new Google Nest themostat, Moe gave us time to work with Google. We gave up on the Google Nest themostat after trying for several hours on the phone with Google. We bought a Honeywell one from Home Depot. Moe came back to remove the Nest and install the Honeywell. I highly recommend United Concept! He made sure our job was working end to end! Thank you Moe!

United Concept LLC, did a complete demolition, removal and reconstruct an entire bathroom including bath tub, toilet, floor, sink. Painting and tiling included. Excellent work ethics, timely completion, appropriate communication to make sure the project was completed to our satisfaction.

Will hire this company again

I had one project that I knew I could not take care of myself. My ceiling in my kitchen caved during Hurricane Sandy. My ceiling fan dropped out of the ceiling. United Concepts did a fantastic job and painted the entire ceiling as well. Since I was hiring, I figured I'd get a few other things that I could take care of myself, but can never find the time. United Concepts completed them all and I give a rave review. Snaked a very difficult bathroom sink, repaired the roof vent fan in my attic, replaced my kitchen faucet. The repair and replacement of the sheetrock for my kitchen ceiling was the best part. They did such a great job and installed the correct bracket so that my new ceiling fan will be more stable. They did everything I asked for and even more. I would definitely go back to Mo at United Concepts for my next projects. Absolutely neat, efficient, professional and trustworthy. I had to ask that they do the work while I was at my job. I'd do that again with this crew without hesitation. Thanks United Concepts!!
