"We've scheduled the job to begin in mid April. David was the first to call. He arrived on time with a large number of samples and good information. He was professional and gave us a very competitive price. He also recommended a flooring store where we were able to borrow planks of flooring to try in home. Their rep was great and while they did not have the exact match for what we had in mind, I credit them with helping us focus on the brand and color and material. We found exactly what we were looking for at Costco at a price that would have been hard to beat and we now have 21 boxes of laminate sitting on the floor pending installation. "After I called, Jose came over to look at the deck the next day and gave his recommendations. He explained that after the power-washing, the deck need to be completely dried before sanding, so rainy days will push out the work. Paint should be applied when the deck is not excessively hot. My deck is exposed to the sun most of the day, so hot sunny days are also bad days for the last part of the job. I appreciate the information ahead of time, so I know what to expect. The job could not start for several weeks because of hurricane weather or days with strong sun. Once we have a stretch of good-weather days, Jose started the job and completed within days. He cleaned up the debris after every visit. The deck was in bad shape and it looks great now, hopefully for many years to come."
