"Joel and the team at Appliance Driven are absolutely incredible! I called them to install a gas range that I purchased elsewhere (before I found out about AD) and reinstall a dryer that some idiots from a big box store had installed improperly, leaving a gas leak. Joel walked me through the entire process, told me exactly which parts he would be replacing, and was able to install my appliance for a reasonable price within 24 hours of my call. Furthermore, he even offered to beat the already-low Cyber Monday price from the other retailer if I wanted to cancel my order with them due to a delivery issue. Top notch customer service! His installation team was equally impressive. They went above and beyond for us, fixing a leaky washer hose they discovered when they went to fix the dryer and hauling off the packaging from the new stove in addition to the old unit. They installed the new stove meticulously, explained all of their work and checked and double checked to make sure everything was working perfectly before they left. "It was a long haul, but not because of this company.  They showed up every day at 8 AM and worked until 5 PM or later.  There was additional work that needed to be done due to the termite damage.  They did the work very professionally and the money added to the bill for this work was more than fair.  The owner, Brian Fitzgerald, employs VERY capable workers.  They were all friendly, courteous and  arrived on time each day.  They all gave us the impression that they cared about our home as much as we did.  When there was an issue with the finish on the cabinet doors/drawers, Brian went to bat for us with the manufacturer and although it took a few months, the manufacturer corrected the problem to our satisfaction. 
We were never wondering...Brian would always call and let us know what the next step would be.
All things considered, we would highly recommend Wood N' Dreams for any refurbishing (they don't just do kitchens) and we would be glad to have them back anytime.
