"The appraisal was offered at a $50 discount of $350. And $400 to rush it in one day. I needed an appraisal sone quickly for an estate sale on a pending offer to appease the sellers on the value of the house. Bennett came to the house to measure and I specifically said the measurements would not align with the town records because 5 additions were out on by the builder and sole owner of the home. Bennet didn?t listen and did an appraisal with comps that didn?t reflect the home. He then said he would correct the mistake and get it done in a day and then failed to live up to that promise. When I asked for a refund he promised to repay half the amount and never did. That was over 2 weeks ago. This is a business and service that is supposed to keep people honest. Instead I got the run around and no resolution to date."
