"Lou and his team completed several projects for me, including an entire kitchen remodel. Lou is easy to work with and has a lot of creative ideas. We worked together to come up with the best plan for the utilization of space while incorporating everything I wanted in my redesign. Unlike other contractors that work on multiple projects, often starting and not returning for weeks, Lou and his team showed up as scheduled, day after day until everything was complete. His employees are very knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy. If you are in need of a contractor, I highly recommend Decicco Properties."

"Got my full kitchen remodeled. The staff from the start was extremely helpful in designing and worked with me until my kitchen was fully completed. Love the results and would recommend to anyone!"

"We are thrilled with the renovation of our basement. Dan, the project manager, organized and oversaw the subcontractors so that no time was lost during the renovation. We were amazed that a project of this size was completed in 4 weeks given that they had to demolish an existing basement from the 1970s. Mario, the main carpenter, was pleasant, a talented and hard worker ,and could picture and execute solutions to complicated design issues posed by the existing systems of our house. We love the outcome which is peaceful and harmonious. The quality of all the materials used was excellent and ideal for a basement. We would highly recommend Lux Renovations."

They handled all aspects from tile removal and breakdown through installing new shower, fixtures, tile and paint. They were punctual, professional and thorough. Great job - we will work with them again when we start our next project."

"Our project was a 14' x 14' screened porch. We selected Scott SCS from other contractors based on the interview, his knowledge, understanding of the project, and communication skills. He improved our original design and made numerous suggestions during the construction process. He understood our vision of the porch and he delivered. From start to finish Scott and his work crew were always on time, polite, professional, and cleaned up the area before departing every day. I was on site watching and taking photos. So I can attest to the craftmanship and attention to detail of the crew. Every day I was informed of their plans and then I provided my thoughts, ideas, and concerns. We are extremely pleased with the finish porch and I would highly recommend SCS. They are a 10 in every category."
