"I had one room completely blueboarded with new plaster and then painted. I would give that a 10. I also had a hallway ceiling replastered and painted. Also a 10. I wanted to paint the walls in the stairwell which had wallpaper. Contractor chose to remove the wallpaper and paint instead of new plaster. The walls weren't in great shape and the painters didn't smooth some bad patch work so I had some areas that don't look great. When I pointed them out and expressed unhappiness, he simply said "Bad walls." So I'd go with a 7 for the stairwell. Overall good job."

He originally scheduled the work for a couple weeks out due to some remaining exterior jobs they were still working on, but put me on the 'rainy day' schedule. Steve responded promptly to my initial inquiry, we were to able set a date that worked for both of us without any problems. He was very professional. He arrived on time, went straight to work, and was done before I got home. If it weren't for the change in color, I would never have known that anyone was in the room.
