On Mon 5. 20 rep wrote back that they had forgotten certain costs & to proceed it would be $8,000 more. Not a typo. $8,000 more. No apology. Ridiculous, contract rescinded. I wrote that he could return my deposit at my office just as he had collected it. On Wednesday the 21st I got a text from "Tom," presumably the owner/boss, saying he would "drop a check in the mail" to my address. Today is May 30th, Friday, and still no check. Check at a minimum should have been overnighted. They owe me interest not to mention the deposit to hire a contractor who will honor contract. Bad."

"This was one of the worst remodeling experiences I?ve ever had. I was completely oversold on what they could deliver. I hired them for a bathroom remodel and was promised a spa-like retreat. What I got instead looked like a cheap hotel bathroom. The price was outrageous. They pitched me at around $38,000, and I agreed because I thought I was getting a high-end, premium product. That was absolutely not the case. The materials and design options were extremely limited. They only work with one brand, and they push it aggressively like a bad timeshare presentation. To make matters worse, the price didn?t even include the vanity or any accessories. I had to provide all of that myself. For nearly forty grand, that is completely unacceptable. The workmanship was okay, not great. They were in and out in a day, which was convenient, but it clearly came at the cost of quality. There are spots where the work looks rushed and careless. This is a $15,000 bathroom at most."
