I let Bill McGinley know but couldn't get them to come out to resolve the problem for over a week. Bill figured out that air was being sucked in between the top bottom front panels on the ACIQ central unit and did a workaround -- taping over it. The manufacturer ACIQ was no help in acknowledging that there was a problem with their product.

Bill was not very responsive in sending me the invoice. He did when I told him NHSaves would be contacting him.
