Such as new electrical panel or replacement, recessed lighting, under cabinet lighting, and also landscaping lighting! We truly value the beauty of our work no matter how big or small of a job. But foremost for my review is the people who I have interacted with since we purchased the pool in the summer of 2020- they are awesome. Really the best. I have not seen customer service like this at another company in a long time. We put in our new pool last November for a deeply meaningful reason for our family and I ended up talking with the CEO and shared with him the reason. He was so awesome and wrote me such a sincere, kind, and genuine note. From the CEO to the college kid on the floor and everyone in between- I have been so impressed with their patience, knowledge, friendliness, and professionalism. Iâ m so appreciative to Peter, Ellen, Grace, Ana, Jason, Keith, Jim, Ryan, Wayne and Jim. Itâ s amazing they employee so many people who are each individually so helpful. There were delays that no one could have foreseen because the supplies were impossible to get for months- but that was no oneâ s fault, no one could have guessed we would be in a pandemic, and that the demand for pools would go up so much. So, even though there were delays, we understood, and Gibraltar did everything the could to get our pool built as quickly as possible and to make sure it was open for the summer season of 2021- and it was. I was sad to see reviews that said they took too long- I honestly just donâ t think it was fair. Who could have foreseen the impacts of a pandemic? So, for us, the delays were what they were, and we appreciated that they did all they could, with what they had to work with, and kept up updated along the way. I would highly recommend Gibraltar to anyone who wanted to put in an awesome above ground pool and have superior customer service."

We are shockingly unique in the way that we build, eliminating the uncertainty of relying upon subcontractors and operating with fully in-house employees. "Hired this company for summer 2019 to open/close and clean weekly. In the month we used SSG, the pool was not cleaned properly once. 25 tiles were damaged mysteriously upon open, there were leaves and dirt left in the pool the entire time and we have not been able to use the pool yet. We expressed our disappointment and gave them more than enough chances to rectify things. They didn't. Pictures attached are from our pool and spa today - after the tech "cleaned" and left a bill for over $200. Absolutely horrible. Terminated contract."

"It all went very well. They had some equipment issues and personnel on vacation, but the work was done expertly and still in a timely manner. My granite steps were reset as well as the two "cheeks" on either side. A new, fifth step was added to meet the new walkway seamlessly and more ergonomically for using the steps. The new walkway is gorgeous, old ugly asphalt was removed and replaced with these beautiful brick-looking pavers that I chose and it looks gorgeous. They also hand dug a twelve foot circle on the side yard and installed a circle paver patio with a circle kit of the same brick looking pavers and it also looks tremendous. The work is of good quality and the conditions here for both jobs involved awkward locations in tight quarters. Damage to the surrounding grounds was minimal and repaired at the end of the job. I'm very happy with the work that was done. I wold call Joshua and his team again if I need to do any more work like this or similar to this."
