Our water heater busted and 5 days without hot water as a paramedic during covid, was difficult. We also have a young child. We were getting desperate. Robert was prompt in response he got back to me so quickly. He was at my house within an hour after we spoke and we had hot water 3 hours later! His price was affordable for us as money is very tight. He even texted me, knowing I had to manage all this while on shift, with a picture of the finished product. I can not say Thankyou enough for being able to come home the next morning to a hot shower and functioning washing machine. He will be the first person I recommend to friends, family, coworkers and random strangers. Again THANK YOU."

"Installation team was great- very polite, on time, cleaned up after themselves. All other aspects were poor- communication between company about contract and when they were coming to install. It was up to us, as the customers, to call them to make sure everything was on schedule. Even after speaking to someone â high upâ the day before the installation (because we hadnâ t received any confirmation that they were indeed coming and he just happened to answer the phone) and he assured us he would follow up after installation was completed, we have t heard anything. Not a cheap product so would expect better customer service. Would not use them again."
