It was up to us, as the customers, to call them to make sure everything was on schedule. Even after speaking to someone â high upâ the day before the installation (because we hadnâ t received any confirmation that they were indeed coming and he just happened to answer the phone) and he assured us he would follow up after installation was completed, we have t heard anything.
