He had great communicative skills and listened to all specific details we would request. He showed up on time when he said he would. They finished the job sooner than expected and were very thorough in respecting your home and belongings and made sure to clean up after the job We also met Theo and Eddie who worked with Tyler who were very friendly and professional. We were very happy with the painting of all our interior rooms and would hire them again if needed in a minute! "????? If I could give zero stars, I would Hiring this contractor was a nightmare from start to finish. The bathroom they delivered is so poorly done that I feel like I need to redo it entirely. They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "

Charles came out as soon as weather permitted and gave us a clear explanation of the work needed on our 15-year-old roof so it would pass muster with the insurance company. He was able to schedule us in quickly, and he was clear on what we needed to do beforehand. He and his helper did an excellent job despite the windy conditions, and they left no mess for us to deal with. His rate was very reasonable. "These guys did a great job. Our deck has a lot of railings and posts, and it is a bit of a pain to power wash; but they cleaned it down to the last rail. They even did the grill cover and mat. They also got rid of all the tree sap and drippings on the fencing. They were a couple of minutes late because they got caught up in rush hour traffic, but they made up for it by power washing some things that were not included in the original estimate at no additional charge. Their pricing was competitive with all the other estimates I got. Definitely recommend."
