Great service but too much money for the job. The cost should depend on how lengthly and detailed the job is. For simpler jobs, the cost should reflect it. Ours was very simple and he did it quicker than time allowed but yet we didn't get a break on the cost.

We received a full quote including the price and description of exactly what would be done in the first email we received (less than 24 hours after requesting the quote). After getting another estimate we went with Jeffrey Land Survey because it was an all-inclusive price instead of a base price with add-ons for additional services. We were able to set up the survey for 3 days later. He arrived on time, was very friendly, walked the perimeter with us when he was done and sent us the paper sketch right away.
