They returned and installed a new patio slider, replaced exterior skirting and painted the exterior. They just finished replacing a kitchen wall, subflooring and new floor tiles. and painting the kitchen. The place looks so great, the wife and I are rethinking selling. They brought the house back where it can be maintain properly. They also replaced the roof on her garage.
