He had great communicative skills and listened to all specific details we would request. He showed up on time when he said he would. They finished the job sooner than expected and were very thorough in respecting your home and belongings and made sure to clean up after the job We also met Theo and Eddie who worked with Tyler who were very friendly and professional. We were very happy with the painting of all our interior rooms and would hire them again if needed in a minute! I made sure to have Tyler leave m e extra business cards so I can share them with family and friends! Tyler called my husband the next day after the job was complete to make sure we were happy! "We hired this company. I don't mind paying but when they missed so many areas. It's very frustrating and I have to finish the job myself. Anthony promised a great job and so didn't Nicole. I sure didn't even get a good job. The hand railings are super rough, and where the pressure washer chewed up the wood it was never fixed. It was definitely a hack job. I was promised over the phone a walk through at the end. It never happened. Couldn't communicate with the workers. I couldn't understand them. Definitely the pictures that they posted on other jobs don't match what I paid for. A very disappointing experience with this company. I would shop around.. plus I included Anthony in the last few emails and he couldn't even respond back. Awful !!! The handrails was addressed in after the power washing. The owner needs to go back and see the truth. I have the email saved!!!! Give me your email and I would be gladly to send it you!! You shouldn't be sparky when your team hacked my deck. I will be re-doing myself. Such a joke of a company."

"The initial communication was very good, once the deposit was made communication slowed. We hired them for a kitchen cabinet repainting. Overall the painting is nice and we are happy with it. Ben the painter was a nice guy and very responsive, unfortunately he did not put things back they way he took them apart and we had to rearrange cabinet drawers ourselves. They also never used the cabinet door screws to reassemble the drawers. They only used the pull screws to reassemble them, 2 of 9 drawers had the drawer screws reinstalled. Also found a spot that wasn?t painted, looks like they went around a fixture that certainly could have been removed or at the very least they could?ve used a smaller brush to complete. It?s all in the details and in this job that wasn?t necessarily cheap, the details lacked for sure."

"Fernando and the crew were AMAZING! They really came through when the first pro I hired flaked without warning. The distance was the only reason I didn't include them in the first round of estimates. They were meticulous and seemed tireless with the sanding. They didn't rush, taking it apart to make sure it was done properly. I'd already purchased the stain based on the previous contractor's recommendation but they still gave me the 3- year guarantee on their work. The cold nights/morning dew resulted in an extra day but they showed up on Saturday to not only finish but include me in the "walk through" to make sure no spots were missed during the second coat, no drip spots, etc. I'd definitely hire Missi Painting again and I'm looking forward to recommending them to everybody I know. "Sign contract April 4th 2025 was told would take two to three weeks this job was removing pressure treated and replacing with composite material we picked out samples from local building material outlet and showed so-called supervisor what we wanted was told he would be ordering them funny thing where we got the samples all items were in stock at least a week delay items had to be special ordered what we were told another special order for the railings another week delay called or message several times to correct mistakes July 4th is just around the corner job is still not complete"
