"The second time I have used Pacific Stone and Tile in lass than a year and my experience this time was just as fantastic as the first time. very reasonable price and the final product looks better than we had visioned. Sal came out and explained all issues and keep me in the loop with updates as our quartz was backordered. "The work itself, the actual basement waterproofing appears to be working but our flood season hasn't come yet so, I'm reserving judgement. But, the way the work was done was a problem and the initial way that they got with the problem wasn't satisfactory. Eventually, months after work I did get some resolution but is wasn't a smooth transaction. We moved some of the finished portions of the basement to do their work and the way that that was handled was very sloppy and rushed, and very expensive to repair. And then, when the initial point of having somebody come and look at all my questions, it was not the owner, it was his foreman and it was not dealt within a professional manner. After 2 contacts, tried to explain what the problems were and has offered that they have an annual service to make sure that everything is working and there's a fee for that, though he offered 2 years of that with no cost, so that was a nice gesture. He tried to make up for the problems but like I said, there were problems."

Tyler paid great attention to detail, my bathroom was as clean after the new toilet was installed as it was before and even having to drag the old one through the house my hard wood floors never got a drop of water on them. He was friendly and very polite. I would definitely call him for our plumbing needs again!"

"I had a lot of additional cost. It ended up at $1500. They only cleaned three, for the big deal. And then, I had a thing that they put in to make sure that the air stays clean. They said I had a humidifier on my furnace and they said that it had to come off. And then, they said you can get a much better one and then they kind of disappeared and they didn't talk about it or really sit down and have a conversation with me. I'm not even sure why they had to take it off or what they did."

"Everything went wonderfully with this company.  They were very professional, listened to exactly what my problem was, and explained to me how they were going to diagnose the problem and/or solve it before doing any actual work.  Once they started, the team (three people came) worked together like a well-oiled machine.  One was in the room with diagnostics, one was at the fuse box looking for possible problems there, and the third went into the crawlspace beneath our house to look at the physical wiring.  Once the problem was found (there was a faulty wire beneath the house that had come loose from the junction box), it was fixed and tested within minutes and another full diagnostic was done to make sure there were no other possible issues.  They cleaned up after themselves very neatly.  They also replaced the light switch with a dimmer switch at no extra cost!  Well within my budget, and came in even lower than their original (FREE) estimate!  I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the Bergen County area.
