"It went great, Tyler noted that I was handicapped and made sure that my new toilet was ADA approved. I felt it was a nice detail that many would have overlooked. Tyler paid great attention to detail, my bathroom was as clean after the new toilet was installed as it was before and even having to drag the old one through the house my hard wood floors never got a drop of water on them. It was a little bit difficult for me to look through what I already paid for and what was extra but that wasn't very communicated. That was very confusing as well as not a very good experience. The fellow was friendly. It wasn't very clearly communicated what I had already purchased for with this coupon. They did some work on the ducts here but because of this, it kind of made it a little bit of bad experience but overall, it's an average rating. They should communicate better to me to begin with before they actually show up what was purchased and what additional services that I can buy."
