"This review was left only after many attempts to resolve the issue were made unsuccessfully. Company has forgotten to pick up our trash on several occasions. Poor communication based on failure to answer phone for most of the day, failure to return messages and uncaring attitude about customer concerns. I remain uncertain that they will even refund our prior payment as they made no confirmation that they would."
