This review was left only after many attempts to resolve the issue were made unsuccessfully. Company has forgotten to pick up our trash on several occasions. Poor communication based on failure to answer phone for most of the day, failure to return messages and uncaring attitude about customer concerns. I remain uncertain that they will even refund our prior payment as they made no confirmation that they would.

They have always been very professional and flexible, allowing me to switch up weeks if I miss a week (which happens more often than it should).

We can only speculate, because we were never contacted (that we're aware of) by the company or owner, but we suspect there was an issue with payment for services.
Our account was in my wife's name and probably set up using her email address at her job, which she recently left. We assume that if they tried to contact us, that was the only method of communication they tried.
As was pointed out, using the "contact us" form on their website, they had several other options for communicating with us which we are positive that they did not utilize: calling the phone number associated with our account, leaving a note in our mailbox or on the door of our house, knocking on our door, or even leaving a note on the lid of the trash barrels.
They were also provided with a current email address by my filling out of their form and, again, no communication. As I explained on their form, we didn't expect them to provide service for free but we did expect them to make a reasonable effort to contact us if there was a problem. Short of telling them verbally or in writing that we had no intention of paying them, their behavior was completely unwarranted, spiteful and unprofessional.

First time living in a location without city trash pickup. Looked at the 5 or so options in my area. Overall they were all very pricey except this one. While pricier than free which is what I'm use to, it's the best price. Additionally, when I emailed they responded within about 10 minutes, was able to setup all over email without needing to call. (I hate calling people). Accepts AMEX so I can get the points. They emailed once to say there pickup would be a little behind which was nice. It's a new startup and I will happily stay with them as long as they remain the cheapest. If another where the same price or just ever so slightly cheaper I'd stick with them.
