"I hired Erickson for a radon system. All the pros in my area charged about the same price for one. Erickson differed because of the knowledge they shared and they are also one of the few places that have a 10 year warranty. He referred us to a design architect, which we used, and we ended up then hiring Tseranos Construction as our general contractor. Sterg was really great to work with. He found ways to keep costs down while doing everything that we wanted to have done. In the end, the garage construction project took about 5 months, but we are thrilled with the results. The floors and roof line on the additions lined up perfectly with the existing house. He is one of the few who really cares about his workmanship, not just out to make quick buck.
