"This is in regards to On Call Charlie. On august 17, 2023 he came to my condo to replace bi fold closet doors and install closet hanging system. He was hired for 2 tasks and only able to complete, as the closet door was incorrect size. He advised me to contact him when I obtained the right size door, which I did multiple times by email, text and voice mail with NO response. So Charlie got paid for 2 tasks and only completed 1. The second person they scheduled to finish the task did not speak English nor did he comprehend the task! The third man, Marcus was great. Your costumer service needs a lot of improvement Excessively long hold times, hard to understand and just kept passing me on to Another person. I asked for a manager and I guess thatâ  s not allowed by your company. Despicable! I have notified the Better Business Bureau. Although he was hired to remodel the bathrooms when I asked if he could do something to stop the rain and snow from landing on my front step and turning to ice in the winter he accommodated my wishes. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a contractor. In addition to their great work ethic (always on time in the morning and stayed to finish a project rather than leave at a certain time) they were always friendly and just very nice people. "I signed a contract on the first week of June to have PIC Home ?Pros? remodel 3 bathrooms. They stayed for a week in the middle of September, and stopped coming, leaving a vanity in one bathroom, and a shower door in another bathroom completely uninstalled. On the last day here, I was told shower door still has not been manufactured yet, but would take a couple of weeks. They told me that it would cost $150 to have them come back to finish installation, even though contract was for them to complete the work. They ignored my emails to them, so after waiting for 3 weeks and receiving response to my email, I called them, and was told that the shower door is not ready, and even though it?s been 4 months since it was supposed to be ordered, there is still no ETA. I asked that they come back to install the vanity, since we still have no sink in one bathroom. I was told that would cost another $650 to come back and install it. They will work until they are paid in full, then abandon you. "
