We are a small family owned and operated business. We do not compete with companies that "throw it together", "bang it up", or drop off unskilled labor to get to your next payment. We pride ourselves on quality and customer service. So often today we see products mass produced and designed to be replaced and upgraded within just a few years. Television has taught us to expect projects to be completed in a weekend. We at D J Niblett Corp believe that products should be made to last and that it is more efficient and cost effective to take the time to do do the project right the first time. When you are ready to turn your home into a one of a kind expression of who you are and what you love, we will be there for you. You will call and speak with Ann then you will meet our design team, Ann and Dana,.then Dana will be on your project from start to finish. Dana and Ann are the owners of the company, we put our name and reputation on every project.

If you were disappointed or unpleasant bathtub, tub shower or Wall tiles, then you should call us. We garantee safety and honesty thoughout the work process

"I had my bathtub reglazed in November of 2023. They arrived on time and the job seemed to be well done. After about 6 months, I noticed some small chipping which I ignored for a couple of months. Then it started getting worse a couple of months later, so I contacted the company in September. I sent pictures immediately, per their request. They said they were very busy but would get back to me. I contacted them again a couple of weeks later and they asked for the pictures again. I got busy but I never heard from them until I contacted them again at the beginning of November. They never returned calls for several weeks until one day when I finally reached them. We agreed to a date that they would come. Nobody showed up that day and they never returned my phone calls or texts. Apparently, they don't stand behind their work."

Ceramic Tile questions, answered by experts

Tile floor installation costs about $1,900 on average. The low end of the price range is about $400 up to about $6,000 or more on the high end. Several cost factors include the size of the area, the shape of the floor, the complexity of the pattern, the type of tile chosen, and labor rates in your area. Additional cost factors include the amount of preparation needed and any additional materials like subfloor or backer board.

No, tiling over painted walls or wallpapered surfaces is generally not recommended. Textured surfaces and paints will affect the adhesive, possibly causing tiles to lift or fall off. Painted walls with a semi-gloss or high-gloss finish are particularly difficult for adding tiles. It’s wise to strip the paint first if you install the tiles to drywall, although it’s still best to opt for a cement backer board.

Tile removal costs about $2 to $7 per square foot unless you do it yourself. When you hire a pro, tile installation costs $5 to $45 per square foot. Costs vary widely, but they depend on the tile material (custom-made stone tiles cost significantly more than plain ceramic tile), location, and tile size.

Like glass tiles, you will not need to seal most porcelain tiles, particularly if the porcelain is already glazed. It depends on quality. Porcelain is very water resistant, but it is not 100% waterproof. To avoid staining, some homeowners use a penetrating sealer. It is also a good idea to seal your grout. Unless you use epoxy grout, grout is very porous and can harbor bacteria, mold, and mildew.

Whether you want to match your tile trim with grout comes down to your personal preferences. If you match the two, it can help your tiles to stand out while providing a clean, cohesive look. On the other hand, you might opt to match your tile trim with your tiles. The best option will depend largely on your tile design, as well as how it fits overall with the rest of your room.
