"I am extremely happy with AJ's service, start to finish. We initially reached out for an estimate at the beginning of 2015. A representative came to our house to explain all the different products as well as pricing and timing. I had reached out to 2 other companies before hand but was not comfortable their high pressure selling. AJ was very patient with us regarding our timing and budget. I received an estimate on the spot and was able to take my time to review and get back to them. We scheduled the work for May and was able to have 7 Windows removed and replaced in only a few hours. "My kitchen and bathroom renovations are in process. United Home Solutions was willing to step into renovations in process when the first contractor could not continue. The carpentry team is well along with installation of cabinets, trim and baseboards and will build custom shelving. The quality of the work is excellent. They worked with me to choose trim compatible with original trim in my 1860 clapboard home and it looks great! The board and plaster team closed up the remaining spaces with smooth walls. The countertop team and painter have been scheduled. These are good people to work with on a project that has endless decisions in my older home as they discuss the possibilities and know how to implement decisions reached."

Dan and Chris did a couple of small jobs in my condo unit and some much larger jobs for the 5 unit brownstone I own a unit in. In my unit, they replaced a track light and repaired my bathroom sink. I'm so happy to have both of these problems solved!! The larger jobs included replacing a very warped, rusted, and worn basement door, installing several outdoor lights, and some masonry repair. I think their prices are fair and the work is very good. I also appreciate that they will give options re: proposed repairs. It's nice to feel as if you can choose how and what work is to be done.
