Flooring was installed snug under the trim and trim wasn't damaged during install. Smooth transitions in to the closet and under the washer and dryer. The repair of the porch was to bring it up to code for young children. Risers were added to the stairs and the stairs were leveled. Missing and broken banisters were replaced along with loose ones being secured."
