"Marathon has a lot of integrity and takes pride in their work.  The quality of both jobs was very high, the prices were reasonable, and the work was done in a timely fashion.  However, I had a couple of issues with the work done for me.  First, there was a tendency to over promise and under deliver in terms of scheduling or responsiveness.  I would be told I'd hear from someone on a certain day or work would start this week and then the schedules moved.  None of the delays were unreasonably long, and the reasons for delay were understandable.  But with each job I had a couple of delays with starting and then had to wait - often - for a call back or meeting to discuss things.
The other area where I had issues was crew carelessness.  On the first job, a gutter was dropped on a car hood and damaged the hood.  On the second job, the yard was not cleaned up very well by the crew.  In both cases, Marathon got the problem fixed when reported and were very apologetic.  
Overall, I had a good experience with Marathon and feel they do good work.  But I did have to do quite a bit of oversight and follow up, even though they were very open to the feedback and willing to address any issues that arose.
