"Paul answered my request promptly - was well prepared for the interview ( pictures of walls and blocks available) he listened to what we wanted and was able to work with in our budget and the time frame that we needed. Was extremely disappointed, however, after expressing this design flaw, they replaced the one in the middle of my front yard with an actual mow strip curb, leaving the remaining street curbs elsewhere.
