"Jimenez Service responded to my Angi request within an hour. I explained the work to the office administrator. They had availability to do my work the same afternoon. The handyman was very polite, asked good questions, was up front with costs, and performed the work I requested within the same afternoon. He even fixed the hot tub motor, which I had not been sure could be repaired. The charge was as quoted, I payed on the spot, and can now move on with other things. I couldn’t be happier with this crew."

"Brandon did research on our defroster. Was able to remove part, cleaned the parts that were (gummed up). Showed us the part & what was happening. Repaired the part & we now have a working defroster. Very knowledgeable about the part & how it worked. Took less than an hour to have our car part working again. We have used Brandon for some gutter cleaning, tree trimming & also a toilet reseating. Will call him back when if we have any other needed repairs."

Mailbox Repair questions, answered by experts

Yes, there are several wood filler products on the market that look like wood. Your best bet is to take a cabinet door to your local hardware store to match the appropriate wood filler to your door. Some brands make filler that is masked to look like wood and can also be sanded, cut, stained, and painted.

Like stains, the best way to prevent cracks is by treating them as quickly as possible. You can apply a protection cream or conditioner, which will fill in and plump any gaps or wrinkles that may start to form.

Careful measurement is crucial—measure multiple times and account for hardware thickness, seasonal wood movement, and clearance requirements. Test-fit components before final assembly, and consider building one drawer as a prototype before cutting materials for multiple units.

Yes, using samples and expertise to find the best materials.

Black stains appear on wood furniture when the surface comes in contact with water and metal for an extended time. It creates a chemical reaction that stains your wood black. Products that contain oxalic acid can remove these stains. Its bleach-like qualities can reverse the stains after a few rounds of application.
