"Brian came out and was told we wanted the air conditioner cleaned and a tune up plus a new smart thermostat. He fiddled with air conditioner said it was good to go. Programed the thermostat and over 900 dollars later left. We turned it on and barely any air came out. Here 2 63 year old, one very disabled and we were keeping our grandkids, a 6 month old and a 5 year old for a few weeks with no air conditioner. Brian returned my call saying we told we had no water source so that's why he didn't clean it and he offered no excuses for anything else. It was a terrible experience and I wouldn't recommend him. We spent over 900 dollars. I still haven't received an itemized reciept."
