Did a lot of testing and looked everything over and turned out needed and entire new unit. Had a price same day and an appointment set. They were on time, professional, cleaned and made sure everything was running right and even checked to make sure the kids rooms had good air flow to keep them comfortable during these warm spring days in NC. Could not ask for a better outcome to a crappy situation that is going to happen eventually when you own a home. Indoor mechanical will be my go to for anything they offer."

"We installed a 12,000 BTU split AC system to cool an enclosed balcony in our 70 year old church. The installation was much more difficult than at first appeared. A special drill was rented to bore a 3 inch hole through a full foot of extremely hard brick. This took a couple of extra hours. Then electric connections had to made running about 100 feet through a crawl space crowded with central AC ducts installed by another company. This was extremely difficult and time consuming. When it was all done the entire job took several hours more than projected. Advanced Air stuck by their original estimate even though it was obvious that they lost their profit on this job due to the unanticipated difficulties. The management and workers were careful and respectful throughout the process. The final result was attractive, functional and all the difficulties were out of sight. Great job!!!"

Carolina Environmental was the first to respond within 30 minutes and made a consultation appointment for 3 days later. Mike and Ashley even showed up early for this appointment and went to work with information about a system for our 2 story house. Mike set up installation for 10 days later. The crew arrived on Saturday,worked all day and returned on Sunday to finish. Both days they cleaned up the work areas and left us happy people. They told me I could have Moen send the parts to me for free and they would come back and install them when I received the part for their service call fee, or I could pay the fee now and install it myself. i chose to have them come back, which they promptly did and installed just for their service fee. I felt this was very nice and fair of them to do it."
