"The smallest bedroom in my house has been the coldest in the winter and the warmest in the summer for years. I have had three much larger companies take a look at my ducts and my A/C system to find out what the problem was. Each one said the system was old and weak and that was just the way the house was made. The system was very old and I decided to replace it because it was leaking Freon. Darryls installation cost for a new system was almost half of what those larger companies I used before was. His installation techs were very professional, polite, and very diligent workers. The company has many different payment options that I feel would accommodate almost anyone. Finally, I told Darryl about the issue with the small bedroom. Within minutes he came up with a simple solution to get more air into the bedroom. The cost to solve the issue was very reasonable. A week later, the repair was completed. Also, they cut into sheet rock without consulting me, covering with just tape and spackling, leaving 2 places with no sheet rock (when I sanded it tape went everywhere leaving a gapping hole). I now have to hire someone to fix this"

"Mr. Daniels did not install the thermostat I bought but instead substituted a cheaper and poorer quality thermostat without asking me if he could make a substitution.The one he installed looked so much like the one I had purchased that I did not notice the difference until after he had left, taking the thermostat I bought with him. The one I had bought cost me $44.98 at Home Depot. The one he installed sells for $26.98 at Lowes. I paid him in cash so there was no way to stop payment. I would never call him again. I noticed that he nowhere gives his street address on his Facebook page. Small wonder."
