"Estimated cost for bathroom was $575; final cost was $700 due to additional problems encountered with floor supports. Returned later to fix a buckle in the vinyl near the door. "Jeff did a great job locating any issues and doing the roof tune up. He informed me of where I had rotten wood or potential problems. He also noticed that my three flanges were dry rotted and recommended replacement. He told me I could go another year to two years before roof replacement and gave me an estimate on the new roof with wood repair/replacement. I asked if flanges could be replaced as recommended and a crew showed up the next business day to take care of this issue for me at an additional cost of $225. They showed the old flanges to me and they were truly dry rotted.
